I had high expectations for Angkor Wat, however even the smaller temples left me in awe. From watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat, to marveling at Baphuon, to watching the quaint countryside villages cross by as we drove from temple to temple- I loved every second of my day exploring these marvelous ruins.
2013 was kind to me and I look forward to a good better 2014. I want all of you a spectacular 2014 and hope it’s crammed with lovely moments.
This time round, I decided to head to Coki Beach and I instantly fell in love. It’s a small and fairly crowded spot, but the powdery, white sand was glistening in the solar, and the turquoise water was calm, crystal clear, and warm. Seeing the ancient temples of Angkor was a spotlight from my journey to Southeast Asia.
However, the fifty four-year-old, who retired earlier this year following a 35-12 months profession which saw him travel to space thrice, additionally revealed that returning residence was always a pleasure. Amazing places you traveled via this year! I’m actually involved in the Balkans just lately, and I’d like to recover from there this year. Seems like it would be such a singular trip. The New Year is a good reminder to be pleased about what we now have and to embrace all of life’s little moments.
